]]> Stop-motion is an animation technique that makes objects look as if they move on their own. The objects move a little between individually photographed frames, creating the illusion of movement when played as a fast sequence. Recently, the genre became popular online.

Alexander Unger is a 25-years-old from Sweden who creates stop-motion animations in his free time. His latest animation is called “Going Fishing” and it already has more than 202K views on his YouTube channel. The video is made from 2500 still pictures played at 18 FPS. According to Alexander, the animation was made in his bedroom desk. “After months of hard work GOING FISHING is finally here. I have never worked so hard. The animation is filled to the brim with new stuff I’ve never tried before. I animated with branches and leaves, paper, clay, fabric, fishing lures, forks and stones and moss and EVERYTHING I could think of”.
