]]> Picture book illustrator Angie Rozelaar currently lives and works in France. As she says, she’s “slightly obsessed with cats” — and you can clearly see that if you check out her Instagram page. Her work is a real treat for all cat persons out there, so make sure to share with friends you know will love this.

Angie has illustrated many books for various publishing companies like Penguin Random House, HarperCollins, Campbell, etc. Though each cat is unique and different from the rest, they all look equally cute and charming — that’s something this talented artist apparently can’t hide.

I now know a tortie when I see one (aka pezzati, es caminha, schildpatt, schildpadpoes, skildpaddekat, черепаховый and carey) which is quite lucky as I have one at home called Sushi. She’s very chatty and mischievous! So today’s cat is a calico cat, do we all agree? I’ve heard that this kind of cat is always female.
