]]> Raising environmental awareness is extremely important in this day and age, and art is definitely one of the best ways to do this. A graphic designer from Warsaw named Marta is creating awesome eco-friendly notebooks in order to save the planet, but also to raise awareness on environmental issues.

Marta creates these unique notebooks from recycled materials and decorates the covers with adorable minimalistic embroideries. This gives her eco-friendly notebooks unique and artistic touch. The artist says that when she made her first notebook she didn’t know that it was the start of something much bigger.

“In the beginning, I created notebooks only for my friends and I just enjoyed the process of making them. However, with more and more encouragement I decided to start my own business and sell notebooks to people who care about our planet – all of my notebooks are made from recycled paper,” Marta stated in an interview with Bored Panda.
