]]>Stallone enjoys mixing the past with the present in the most unusual ways in his works. This can be seen best in his recent series of illustrations that reimagine popular logos of modern companies in Medieval style. The list includes the clothing brand Lacoste, the dating app Tinder, and the computer operating system Window.
Stallone did a great “rebranding” job, keeping the key features of each logo but adapting it to the Middle Ages aesthetics. So, for example, the logo of the Firefox browser still has a fox on fire, but the idea behind it is taken more literally.
“I’ve been designing, illustrating, and especially logo-making for a long time, and I realized that I can combine the work that I love and the atmosphere of the Middle Ages,” he shared in a recent interview with My Modern Met magazine.
