]]>Addie told Bored Panda that she’s been dealing with mental health issues for about ten years now. In 2019, after many ups and downs, she decided to open this online diary on Instagram and talk about this problem. She creates interesting gifs to put a smile on people’s faces and to inspire them to never give up.
“We’ve been told for years now that social media isn’t good for our mental health, which can be true, of course. But this whole world of social media and Instagram is filled with endless content and personalities, and we GET to choose who we want and who we don’t want to follow”, the artist told Bored Panda, adding that we don’t have to avoid our phone altogether to feel better. Instead, we can choose to fill it with positive, uplifting, and inspiring content.
