]]> Ry Eric is a young Australian illustrator who has recently started his Instagram account. Being a street fashion enthusiast and cartoon lover, he decided to merge his two passions and start a series of illustrations where he represents your favorite childhood characters dressed up in the latest fashion trends.

The 18-year-old Eric depicted famous characters including Lisa Simpson from The Simpsons, Stewie Griffin from Family Guy, Ash from Pokémon, and Patrick from Spongebob Squarepants all wearing trendy streetwear clothes.

“Didn’t see many artists doing the same thing, so I started. And lots of people liked it, so I kept doing more,” Ry Eric explained to Bored Panda. At the time of writing these lines, he has attracted almost three thousand followers and gained hundreds of likes on each post.
