]]>Tang Yau Hoong is an illustrator and graphic designer from Kuala Lumpur who created a series of adorable comics where he explains what love means to him. In his illustrations, the artist doesn’t use a single word, still everybody understands it.
“Drawing and sketching are what I do on daily basis,” the artist wrote on Bored Panda. “This is an ongoing side project dedicated to people, animals, and objects I love.”
Yau Hoong loves to say about himself that he is an “illustrator by day, comic artist by night”; since 2007 he has been working in advertising, editorial, branding, corporate, marketing, and other fields.

“The finest thoughts in the fewest words are the reason why many of us are drawn to famous quotes,” Yau Hoon wrote on Bored Panda. “As an illustrator, I always aspire to illustrate words and stories to visually interpret thoughts. These illustrations are meant to complement the famous quotes by famous people, or unknown authors. Perhaps there is no legitimate record of these quotes being said by anyone of note.”
