]]>It spreads on several levels and it’s recently been completed. The garage is designed by Ector Hoogstad Architects in collaboration with the Sant & Co and Royal Haskoning DHV. It can accomodate 13,500 bicycles (the city’s population is around half a million people). Until now, the largest bike garage with 6,000 spots was located in Tokyo.
A few weeks ago, the city of Utrecht hit the news thanks to one amazing initiative – 316 of its bus stops have received green roofs that are bee-friendly and have many benefits for the living environment. Green roofs on bus stops help capture dust, store rainwater, and cool down the environment. They are also a great boost for the city’s biodiversity.
We wonder what’s the next thing we’ll hear from this innovative and advanced European city!

]]>It is reported that The Netherlands produced an estimated nine billion flower bulbs annually and tulip remains the most popular and generally recognized bulb by gardeners worldwide. Today, during its peak season, people are sharing their moments as they visited the fields and gardens across the country, amazed by all the flowers everywhere.
The Netherlands are exploding with colour right now. Seeing the blossoms has been on our list for many years, and once you get away from the crowds, it completely lives up to all expectations – tulips as far as the 
can see. The fields honestly look like art installations, almost as if they’re not real

weather, we hopped onto the @viatortravel bus and made our way to the #KeukenHof Gardens for one of the most colourful experiences we’ve ever had. Surrounded by 7 million flowers (and nearly the same amount of people 
) we walked out 3hrs later with a new spring in our step
