Artist Kelly Bell created this series of illustrations showing Game of Thrones characters in the style of famous writer and artist Edward Gorey. Kelly’s work is a tribute to Gorey’s morbid alphabet book The Gashlycrumb Tinies.
For every letter of the alphabet, there’s an illustrated character from popular HBO’s show. A is for Arya, B is for Bran, and so on. When read together, they make a poem that starts with:
“A is for Arya, lethal and small,
B is for Bran. Things began with a fall.
C is for Cersei and her horrible ways,
D is for Dany — her children ablaze!”
