Anna Lena’s Illustrations Are Filled With Personality

It’s absolutely amazing when you see artwork that clearly reflects the artist’s personality, especially if it’s this bright and playful. Anna Lena van Iersel manages to achieve this through her part hand-drawn, part digital artwork that we fell in love in two seconds!

“Anna Lena van Iersel is a Dutch illustrator, educator and creative instagrammer. Her colorful and communicative illustrations have helped clients like KPMG, Women’s Health and the Tutu Shop underline their ideas,” her website tells us.

Her other interests include cooking, dancing, and old buildings. When she’s not in her studio, she enjoys walking outside, admiring the architecture.

MY WORKSPACE | I thought it would be fun to dedicate a post to where I work and what I need to do my thing 😊 I have a beautiful desk and kitchen table that I sit at the most. When I'm not there, I like to work on the couch with a pillow under my sketchbook or ipad. Next to my desk I have a cart of art supplies 🛒 (I lovingly call it the art cart) and sketchbooks, which also holds my scanner and a large wacom tablet. 💕 I positioned my workspace as close to windows as possible because light is essential for art making 😂 .
