Artist Creates Fan Art of Recasted Fantastic Four Reboot

One of the original Marvel films to ever air, Fantastic Four has seen better days.

After the film’s initial release way back in 2005, the sequel in 2007 and the reboot in 2015 fared a lot worse, both in the eyes of critics and the public alike, which has led to the films being axed and set for a reboot once again.

Now that Marvel Studios have the rights for Fantasy Four following Disney’s acquisition, it finally seems like we’re finally going to get to see Fantastic Four being done right. And, while we haven’t really heard any official news about who’s being cast as who and when the rumored reboot is going to be released, it hasn’t stopped fans from speculating.

Known artist, BossLogic, for example, couldn’t stop himself from posting his take on who he thinks should be cast in the second Fantastic Four reboot, and truth be told, he’s kind of on point.

Putting real-life husband and wife, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, in the roles of Reed and Sue Richards makes perfect sense. We already know how these two mesh on screen, and their real-life chemistry is hard to replicate. Also, putting someone as naturally cocky and charismatic like Taron Egerton in the role of Johnny Storm is just perfect.

The only thing we don’t really agree with is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as Ben Grimm, otherwise known as “The Thing.”

In any case, BossLogic definitely deserves a lot of props for his work, and how he seems to just know which artists would make for the perfect casting for particular roles.

Casting directors take notes.
