Jonathan Horlor describes himself as a ginger-bearded, quirky South African-born illustrator, graphic designer, and adventurer with a keen attention to detail in everything he does.
Also known as Atticist Art, the South Korea-based Horlor didn’t plan to make art his job. He spent many years studying something that has since become useless when he decided to follow his passion, his love for art.
He says that he spends his days creating “nonsensical, enjoyable, and fun illustrations that focus on minimalist qualities paired with detailed approach.”
“I spend countless hours doodling, and only when something piques my interest do I follow through with completing it,” the artist shared with Bored Panda. “This is partly due to my chronic completion anxiety, but also my desire to produce only the best work I can make.”
