]]> Tokyo-based architect and designer Emmanuelle Moureaux created this huge art installation which represents the passage of time. The Color of Time is made using 120,000 colored paper numbers arranged so they create a rainbow tunnel in the room.

The visitors were able to see the installation in Toyama before it closed on January 8, but the artist is planning to exhibit it in many cities around the world. ]]> French artist Bernard Pras is known worldwide for his anamorphoses, works conceived from recovered objects: leaves, packaging, various toys, musical instruments, plastic waste or household objects. A hodgepodge of found objects that usually hides an image not perceptible at first sight. At least, it depends on which side you are on.

Indeed, these works can only be appreciated from just one point of view; this is the very concept of anamorphosis: an optical illusion where the deformed works recompose instantly from a certain angle of view. A step on the side and everything breaks down.

Indeed, this artist creates animations that are difficult to look away… sometimes even downright hypnotic. On his instagram account you will come across hundreds of 3D animations that loop endlessly. Each of the videos provides a strange sense of satisfaction.

The mesmerizing creations of the Swedish artist have achieved a certain success on the social network. So much so that he did a volume 2 of his “Oddly Satisfying” project last fall. Even if you are not yet subscribed to his account, you have probably already seen his work somewhere.
