Scrolling through Liz Harry’s Instagram page, one thing is evidently clear: her love of color. Bright and poppin’, her illustrations and designs are very much a reflection of her playful nature.
With a background in the music industry, her work tends to be music-related in one way or another, featuring song lyrics or influenced by a particular band or album. But Harry is also a fan of cinema, specifically musicals. “I know they’re very outdated, but looking beyond that they’re so warm, hopeful and full of glorious technicolor!” she gushed in an interview with the Printed blog.
Based in Liverpool, her playful designs are featured on anything from greeting cards and prints to children’s toys, with most products (including accessories, greeting cards, and homewares), sold exclusively on her Etsy store. Our personal favorites? Her original enamel pins.
“I’ve been working in the creative industries for many years, but my greeting cards and pin designs are a recent side hustle that gives me a chance to express myself freely without working to brief,” Harry relayed. Working from home also allows her to spend time with her three children. Win-win!
