]]>But Katie Menzies and Abel Reverter’s artistic collaboration (AKA Cabeza Patata) began as a sort of mistake.
“One afternoon in February 2018 we decided to do an experiment translating a simple 2D illustration of Katie’s into 3D,” they recalled to It’s Nice That Magazine. “A dozen illustrations later, people started asking if we were a studio, and at that point, we became Cabeza Patata.”
These days, Menzies, an illustrator and craftswoman, and Reverter, a 3D artist and animator, work together to create their whimsical characters that have caught the world’s attention. With collaborations with the New York Times, Apple, and Google, the sky’s truly the limit for these two creatives.

]]>Mr. June’s works can best be described as an exciting combination of multi-layered geometric art, graffiti culture and an optical illusion. He makes a clever use of the already existing forms of the buildings or objects and gives them an additional purely visual dimension.
The artist recently did a 130-feet dome in North Carolina and a 3D mural in Berlin by request of Urban Nation. His upcoming projects will be done in Aruba, Amsterdam, and China, and he is preparing studio works for a solo exhibition at Art Basel Week.
