Summer (and yes, that’s her real name) is an ecological advocate, Youtube personality, author, and model who’s dedicated her life to the conservation and celebration of nature. After studying ecology at University, she went on a mission: to spread her love of nature throughout the world.
For summer, plants are not just a hobby: she has an ever-growing plant collection in her Brooklyn apartment, with over 1,000 plants! On her Youtube channel, she teaches about different plants and how to care for them. She also travels around the world, meets plant growers, goes to plant markets, and sets up plant swap parties in her neighborhood.

There are 85,000 industrial chemicals out there, and the majority of them aren't tested for safety before being released out into the market. Many used in conventional cleaning products have been liked to endocrine disruption and cancer. Having been trained in science, I exercise something called the precautionary principle, which means if there is contention around anything, just don't use it, so I've ditched cleaning products alltogehter except for white vinegar which I use to make a home cleaning spray, castile soap which I buy in bulk, baking soda, and organic essential oils. That's all I need to get the job done and keep my home looking its best and keeping toxic chemicals away from my body and my sweet Rose.
