John Collins, also known as The Paper Airplane Guy, shows you step-by-step instructions for making the fastest paper airplane ever. We’re not kidding— the model he shows us how to make won him a spot at the Guinness Book of World Records back in 2012.

“If you want to make the best paper planes, you need to learn from a master. So we asked John Collins, who set the Guinness World Record for farthest flight by a paper aircraft in 2012, to teach us a thing or two about the squash fold and perfect winglets. In this tutorial, he shows us how to fold three planes,” wrote Great Big Story along with the published video.

Follow Collins’ instructions from the video below to make your own paper plane and impress your friends when you show them how fast it can go! This is also a great activity for kids who you can keep occupied for hours by showing them this video and organizing a paper plane race.

Cherry blossoms are a symbol of spring in Japan, one that graciously represents the fragility and preciousness of life. It’s a reminder that life is overwhelmingly beautiful, but at the same time tragically short. During this season, when the trees are in their full bloom, Japanese people come with their family and friends to celebrate springtime with music, food and drinks.

In the spirit of celebration, Japanese people took these beautiful trees to the next level and built the largest cherry blossom tree made entirely of Lego bricks. The tree was originally designed in the Czech Republic and then shipped to Legoland Japan in Nagoya, where it was assembled. It was also meant to celebrate the theme park’s first anniversary.

It took over 6,500 hours of work to finish it and exactly 881,470 Lego bricks were needed to pull this off. Over 14 feet tall and almost five feet wide, the tree has been registered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the ‘largest Lego brick cherry blossom tree.'”

This pretty Lego structure features a grassy green base, a canopy with thousands of flowers, and Lego working lanterns that glitter at night. Check it out below!

Didga the cat, short for Didgeridoo, was rescued by Robert from an animal shelter a few years ago. While the cast may have hoped for a relaxed, peaceful, cat life, real life had different plans for her, including purrkour experiences.

Believe it or not this cat does more than 20 tricks per minute and she has a Guinness World Record behind her to prove it. Because of her achievements, she is featured in the Guinness World Records 2017 book. Located in New South Wales, Australia, Didga truly leads the life of a champion.

Didga can do anything from rolling over to jumping over a bar whilst on a skateboard! How many cats can do that?

The rules for this Guinness World Records title state that each trick must be clearly defined and independent and that the commands or cues must not involve the human touching the animal. Robert, the person who adopted her and runs Catmantoo, their Instagram page, says that he always knew there was something about this adorable cat and now he knows what it is and he couldn’t be happier.

Other than being a Guinness World Record holder, Didga is a modest cat that likes to take pictures and uploads them on social media, hang out with her best friend Boomer and occasionally likes to eat minced kangaroo meat.
