]]>Meet Summer Perez, a gorgeous mother enchanted with the world of yoga, whose Instagram photos show us that being a busy mom doesn’t mean you have to neglect your physical well-being due to the large number of chores, errands and duties.
Perez, who is located in Tampa, Florida, teaches us that practicing yoga keeps us young and beautiful, and she also sends motivational and educational messages to all of her followers on the topics of parenthood, friendship, happiness, personal transformation and many others. She is transparent about some important aspects of her life and freely shares with her fans details from her personal life and parenthood. She also wants to motivate people to take greater responsibility for their actions and become better partners, parents, friends and citizens.

I’m grateful that I was able to spend time practicing yoga and bonding with Jayden today.. it ended up being the perfect day for him to be home It’s been an emotional few weeks, and he always seems to know when I need a hug or a hand to hold.. and today there were plenty of moments where he did just that
