]]>#Trashtag is a great way to educate young people and raise awareness for our planet and the consequences of our actions. Through this challenge, people from all over the world started posting on their social media profiles such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Reddit their before and after photos of their surroundings that they’ve cleaned up. People even started teaming up so they can clean bigger areas, like whole beaches and hiking roads. This #Trashtag challenge has turned the whole world upside down on a good way, making everyone more responsible of their surrounding and aware that with a little effort we can change the world and make a brighter future.
#Trashtag is maybe the best eco initiative that gave unbelievable results in a short period of time and is an excellent example of how social media can make a positive change in the world.
