This Artist Made A Colorful Poncho By Using Over 250 Plastic Bottle Caps

Emily Seilhamer loves to create fashion in an unconventional way. Recently, she made a poncho out of over 250 recycled plastic bottles caps. Her family and friends helped her to save any caps from soda to peanut butter lids in various sizes and colors.

She used a clear stretch cord and a small hole punch and “sew” the caps together in a pattern.  She added a black felt panel for comfortable sitting.
