Chef Oiri lives in Japan and he runs social media profiles under the name oiri_kitchen where he demonstrates his incredible knife skills. Using a very sharp knife, he slices bread, vegetables, and meat so thin that the slices are actually transparent.
One of the latest videos he posted shows him prepare “the world’s thinnest sandwich.” Slicing the ingredients one by one, he starts arranging his thin sandwich on the cutting board. He starts with the bread, then cuts a few slices of cucumber and tomato, and finally adds ham with the tiniest bit of butter spread on it. The end result is so thin that he cuts it in half and rolls it before eating it. The entire sandwich is gone in just two bites!
