DC and Marvel has copied, or rather, inspired each other so much over the years that you’d have a hard time finding something that either one of these companies have done that the other hasn’t yet.
The widely successful was once of them.
The DC Bombshells comics series inspired by the pinup aesthetic of the mid 1900s, eventually became a comic series that has since become positively received by fans from all over the globe.
Unfortunately, Marvel has yet to announce any plans of doing the same thing as DC did.
That hasn’t stopped one artist, however.
Using the same aesthetics of the DC Bombshells comic series, TARUSOV created pinup art version of Marvel’s biggest heroines. The results? They’re definitely worth a look.
