While diversity is slowly entering the realms of online communication and digital conversation, there’s still a big job ahead to achieve proper inclusion. Talented graphic designer O’Plérou Grebet decided to help with this by creating 365 awesome emojis dedicated to Africa.
Grebet worked for a whole year on this project, titled Zouzoukwa, and managed to create a unique collection of emojis and stickers that celebrate the African continent and its people. They are inspired by the continent’s culture and historical heritage but also cover various parts of everyday life, including fashion and gastronomy.
Grebet’s works can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play and used on the majority of social media and messaging apps. Check more of the emojis included in the pack below.
