“I found myself staring at them, mourning the old pants from my youth. I was transfixed by the ripped, faded beauty of the fabric,” the artist told Catto Gallery. “How the different blues contrasted against each other in a sea of shades? I couldn’t part with them; they were part of who I was then. And who I am now.”

He creates his work using various colors of denim, but sometimes, he needs to bleach them to get the perfect shade. He then cuts them into different shapes and glues them together, creating beautiful and unique piece of artwork.

His creations have been seen in galleries all around the world and they have been featured in various media in all corners of the globe.
