Renata Krawczyk Sketchbook is a Black-And-White Fairytale World

Don’t you love getting lost in art, taking a peek into a painting or a sketch, and letting it take you on a trip far away? Are you a creative and spontaneous dreamer who allows themselves to fantasize about the deepest depths of the forest, galaxies far away, or mountain villages in the wintertime?

If the answer to both of these questions is yes, you need to check out Polish artist Renata Krawczyk, whose shiny and dreamy imagination is translated into a sketchbook that will blow your mind!

Krawczyk studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and then decided to start her own creative practice. She uses pens and pencils and combines various textures to craft detailed and dream-like black and white compositions.

She told My Modern Met that all of her works start with a tiny dot, which expands further by adding more small elements in the picture – a very satisfying process for her.

Her art represents an exploration of the combination of magic and realism, just like writers do in fairytales.

Scroll down and take a peek at Krawczyk’s work, and maybe you will come up with an original magic story inspired by her drawings.
