Norwegian Artist With A Strange Concept For Depicting Fear, Anger and Frustrations

Jan Hakon Erichsen is a visual artist located in Norway who works using a variety of techniques and media to experiment with topics such as anger, fear, and frustration. He has finished his education at the National Academy of Arts in Oslo, and currently, his primary focus is making short videos which represent acts of destruction. He posts these on his Instagram profile every day, and we chose to show you these because they’re definitely worth seeing.

Before delving into destruction videos, he spent some years reaching perfection in do-it-yourself aesthetics with objects he found anywhere as material. So far, he has exhibited in several galleries in Norway and abroad and participated in a number of international video festivals.

As much as you might like his work – don’t try to replicate it! It is dangerous. Erichsen’s work has become so popular, he now has 415k followers on his Instagram account, and if you visit it, you might find other crazy pieces of his work you will love!
