Real-Life 8-Bit Super Mario Runs Around a House

The video below shows a real-life Super Mario made with lego blocks running around the house, collecting coins just like in the popular video game, Super Mario Bros.

The video was made by Win Laroy, the designer with a passion for stop-motion. What you can see below is “a director cut of the Real Life Mario stop motion video with new scenes (living room/stairs) and music (Super Mario Bros theme),” as Laroy writes on YouTube.

The video game Super Mario Bros was launched by Nintendo in 1985 and it’s one of the most popular video games to this day. Super Mario is an Italian plumber who appeared in many other games like Mario Kart, Super Mario 64, and numerous others.
