Kyle Duca is a 28-years-old artist based in Malta who creates stunning and incredibly detailed portraits that look astonishingly realistic. The young artist gained public attention a few years ago when he created awesome portraits of Star Wars characters.
However, it seems that he’s been focusing on creating vibrant animal portraits lately, so you’ll see a lot of realistic paintings of dogs, snakes, birds and other lovely animals on his Instagram feed.
Duca says that he’s been interested in art his entire life. He started painting when he was only 4 years old and, as he says, he never stopped since.
“My artwork is a constant search for the best way to interpret realism with my own hands. Limiting myself to a mixture of mediums to reach the highest personal artistic plateaus, in order to best achieve my goal – to create portrait illustrations that will not only meet but surpass expectations,” the artist told Bored Panda.
