]]>Leib has gained significant attention on social media in recent years thanks to her Pâtisserie series, in which she re-creates some of the most delicious desserts as glass sculptures. Her works are so exceptional that the only way you can be sure they are made out of glass is to believe the artist or touch them.
Lieb’s Pâtisserie series includes two collections of desserts: French and American. In the French collection, she recreated desserts like Creme de Cacao, Entremet la citron vert, and Chocolat noix de coco.
The American collection consists of frozen yogurt, popsicles, pecan pie, caramel apples, and more.
According to Lieb, she began making glass desserts due to her dietary restrictions that prevent her from indulging in most of them.
“This body of work started as a therapeutic exercise in deconstruction and a re-training of the mind to look at dessert as form rather than food,” she explains on her website. “It soon became a technical riddle, and I became a food taxidermist of French pastries.”

“We started making chocolate in 2010 after a short course with an Italian pastry chef,” the two relayed in an interview with the Printed blog. “Originally we set up in my parent’s garage with some second-hand equipment to practice our skills, but then in 2011, we got the keys to a small shop in the local town center.”
Over the years, they have grown to over 150 stockists around the world and now have a mini-factory where they can make 10,000 chocolate bars a week, all handcrafted by an all-female team in the UK. An added bonus is that the majority of their wrappers are made from recyclable or reusable material such as paper, card, and aluminum.

]]>“I ate animal products for 90 percent of my life, and meat was my favorite thing in the world,” recalled Jose in an interview with Daily Mail Online. “But I was struggling with eating disorders and an unhealthy low-weight.”
“I searched for lots of diets online and then the vegan diet popped up,” he went on to say. “I saw how lots of vegans ate a lot and followed a high-carb diet but still had a perfect fit body, so I started eating less animal products and decided to inform myself about veganism.”
That was when everything changed from him, both mentally and physically. “I was no longer looking to lose more weight, but to stop supporting all forms of animal cruelty,” he says.
But whoever said that veganism has to be tasteless? If there’s one thing that naturally.jo proves is that you don’t have to eat bland food in order to be ethical. Take a look for yourself:

]]>Always passionate about fruits and desserts, he officially became a kitchen apprentice at the age of 13 in a restaurant owned by his grandparents. After graduation, he got a job at Fauchon in Paris, a famous patisserie company. A couple of years later, he became a sous chef at Le Meurice, and the rest is history.
Grolet is a professional who deeply enjoys what he does, and this makes his talent shine through each new recipe. It’s not easy to impress with a simple pastry, but his precision in the finishing touches and his creativity and potential have earned him high honors and attracted the attention of global culinary stars.
If you ever pass through Paris, treat yourself to one of Grolet’s famous trompe l’oeil lemons or apples or his Rubik’s cake, one geometrical dessert made of 27 individual pastries of different flavor and color, all presented as one eye-catching dessert.

]]>Midtown Creamery is a Miami based ice-cream shop owned by Andrew and his wife Suzanne. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, they brought their skills and mixed them with a ray of local sunshine, and the results? The best-looking ice cream you’ll ever see in your life. They claim their secret ingredient is fanaticism, but we think that it’s more cereal, chocolate and caramel fudge all mixed together.
Midtown Creamery serves 16 flavors on a rotating basis and the flavors are crazy good.
Their best seller is Nutella-Oreo, followed by cake batter with sprinkles. If you want something more exotic, they have an incredible passionfruit ice cream paired with guava and cream cheese cookies.
There are three choices of cone: a bubble waffle cone, chocolate cone or – the hit of the day, a bowl made out of your favorite cereal!
They heat up marshmallows, and mix them with the cereal of your choice. Then, they shape the batter into a bowl and put your ice-cream in it. Did the little kid inside wake up? Did it hear that you can mix cereal with ice-cream? Even for breakfast if it so wants! You can thank Midtown Creamery for that.

He moved to Paris and studied there while creating outstanding desserts. His creativity is limitless as we can see from the pastry that he makes. They have lot of colors, come in different shapes and sizes, and most of all, they look excellent put together with Spiegel’s shoes! This unusual combination became his trade mark – running through the streets of Paris with variety of shoes and creating matching desserts, and after that sharing them on his Instagram profile.
Spiegel says that curiosity is his main inspiration and we’re curios to see what he’ll think up next!
