]]>The structure itself looks as though it came from the future but not only is it beautiful – its functions are many: serving as a bridge, a sculpture, and a museum. The Twist is located in the Kistefos Sculpture Park in Jevnaker and forms a circular loop for visitors to the park. The museum inside will be used as a contemporary art space.
The structure has won the first prize at an international competition in 2015. Its 1000 square meters are made of aluminum, connecting two river banks with two elevations – higher and lower which are connected through its twisted hallways. This solution was chosen because the banks themselves are not even.
The exterior affects the interior and provides an unusual transition from one space without windows to another that is filled with light. Check out this amazing creation in the pictures below!

]]>Located in Norway at the Ureddplassen rest area, this place will actually make you want to go. With exquisite design, you would think that is some fancy place for tourists, but you’d be wrong. Designed by Marit Justin Haugen and Dan Zohar, architects from Oslo, the public toilet will trick your mind into thinking that is some kind of an art installation with its futuristic design. You can also get a breathtaking view from here, because the place is surrounded by the sea and lot of fjords, and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a sight of the unforgettable Aurora Borealis.
This restroom is part of the Helgelandskysten scenic route, and it can be found on the road Fv17, so if you ever go there, you know where to stop.

]]>4 years ago George started taking pictures with his phone during his trips. He says he posted mostly macro photographs of plants or insects; Troja was always accompanying him in his travels, but he did not think of the idea to take pictures of his pet yet. After he met people who raved about the looks of Troja, he really liked photographing it.
Now his Instagram profile has over 125,000 followers. George says his inspirations come from comments and private messages that he receives from people. Asked about the personality of Troja, he says every dog has its own “quirks”. “Troja, for example, puts his paw on my shoulder whenever he wants to attract attention,” he explains.
At the bottom of some of the photographs you can see deserted rails, whitewashed forests or beaches with stony sands. There are no more signs of human presence, apart from them both. At times, it seems Troja is the first to break through that territory.
