Two Indian artists, Nayan Shrimali and Vaishali Chudasama embarked on January 1 2018 on a a little crazy project: to publish each day of the year a miniaturized reproduction of a bird of their choice.
These nature lovers do not save their time: each of these small replicas (they are sometimes less than two centimeters) requires between 4 and 6 hours of work. Anyway, the result is amazing by its precision and realism.
At first Nayan and Vaishali planned to create only one piece of miniature art per day for a month, but after the overwhelming response in the first days of the project, they decided to extend it to a full year. And we’re incredibly happy they did!
