This Artist Exchanges Human Faces With Animals

Ahmad Habash describes himself as a visual storyteller “contemplating life frame by frame” and he’s constantly seeker serenity through art. Recently, he started a project, a personal study based on photo manipulations. He says that “Anthropomorphism” juxtaposes the human body with the faces of the animals where the animals become personified, and the person animalized.

“At some point, it is hard to tell whether the animalistic features make the human more animal, or does the body humanize (anthropomorphize) the animal,” the artist wrote on Bored Panda. “The result generates insight into the psychology and character of the individual. It all becomes mixed and unclear.”

Besides doing his own personal projects, which he shares on his Instagram account and website, Habash also does other kinds of stuff like illustration, videography, and papercraft. He is open for commissions, so if you are interested in his work, feel free to contact him.
