Colin Darke is a gifted artist from Detroit who can draw with both his hands in real-time. His artistic journey began when he was only five years old, and since then he has been using his both hands, using his left hand when his right hand got tired, not making a huge deal out of it.
On his social media accounts, he posts sped-up videos where he draws with one color per hand to illuminate his incredibly rare talent.
“The positive support has really inspired me to create more — and the more I create, the more I want to create. Creativity truly breeds creativity,” the artist shared on Bored Panda and added that people’s reaction made him realize how unique his talent is.
Along with being an artist, Darke is also a successful attorney, father, and writer. During his career, he has written for a Brooklyn-based art blog Hyperallergic and was a cultural critic for The Huffington Post.
