]]>During her career, veterinarian technician and cat lover Michele Hoffman saw so many cats which were abandoned just because they weren’t healthy or beautiful enough. When her cup got fed up with all the injustice, she came to an idea to found a non-profit organization, which later became Milo’s Sanctuary & Cat Special Needs Cat Rescue Inc., a loving and caring home for cats with special needs.
“Our promise when we rescue them is to provide a safe and loving environment for the rest of their lives,” Hoffman shared in a statement. “All Milo’s cats receive medical care and anything else that they require to have the best quality of life we can give them for as long as we can.”
In Milo’s Sanctuary, many cats can’t be re-homed. For those, there is a program called Lifetime Care Program, and they will stay in the Sanctuary until they cross the Rainbow bridge. But, some felines can be adopted in a loving home.
Take a look at their Instagram account if you are interested to follow their journey.

]]>Belarus was born with a condition called strabismus, which left him cross-eyed. His left eye always seems to wander in the direction of his button of a nose, giving him the look of a goofy cartoon character. Sometimes cats with imperfections and disabilities have a hard time finding a home, but Belarus was lucky. Two years ago, a woman named Rachel walked into the shelter and instantly fell in love with him, cross-eye and all. Ever since then, the two have been inseparable.
Rachel has been sharing snippets of Belarus’s life on Instagram, and the funny-looking cat has gathered almost 300 thousand admiring followers. Rachel has been using Belraus’s media presence to help other cats in need of a home and has been raising donations for the shelter Belarus came from. She and Belarus want others to know that all cats, crossed eyes, tailless, bald, deserve a good home, and given the right chance, they’ll be the greatest companion you could ever have.

“He’s my real-life partner, my shadow, and has exceptional character. Although he’s quite stubborn, I still believe he’s the best cat in the world. Mostly because Grisu is obedient like a dog, which is rare for a cat,” Alessandra shared in an interview with Bored Panda.
The International Cat Association (TICA) claims that Kurilian Bobtail is “independent, highly intelligent, clever, inquisitive, sociable, playful, trainable, absent of aggression and very gentle” cat. It seems like these adorable furry cats make perfect pets and bond easily both with people and other animals.

]]>Pico Miho, a self-taught artist from Japan, started making these lovely bags two years ago and she didn’t know her creation would become a huge trend in her country. Miho’s feline handbags are all handcrafted; they consist of 78 parts and are the size of a real cat.
“I’ve always loved cats since I was a kid and always worked with stuffed animals everywhere. I wanted a ‘stuffed cat’ that I could take outside even as an adult. But a cute plush is embarrassing… so I made it in a way that looks real and has a reason for one to carry it around,” the artist told Bored Panda.
These handbags really do look very real and they cost up to $950. But keep in mind that they’re all made by hand and the artist needs a lot of time and effort to make one.
Take a look at these adorable bags in the photos below.

]]>Looking extraordinarily dapper, Gringo shares a home with his Pawrents, Sabrine and Romain, and his brother Milko. “Gringo is a happy kitty, full of life and with a really nice personality,” Sabrine told Just Something. “He loves to play all day and all night, get up to mischief like climbing on curtains, scratching the couch and jumping in the plants.”
According to Sabrine, Gringo (who also goes by the name “Mustache Tornado”) can stand on his back paws, just like a meerkat. “He can stay a couple of minutes in that position, and it’s hilarious,” she says. And of course, he’s very much into food. “Gringo always sniffs our plates to see if there’s something good for him to eat, and he likes to steal our sponge from the kitchen just to chew it, so we have to hide it every time,” she says.
With more than 50k followers on Instagram, you’d want to join in the hype.

We continue to work on Catville inside and outside to keep their environment entertaining and safe for them. They are healthy, happy and much loved.”
The sanctuary provides rails, plants, tunnels and other great things cats can use. They have also built little cat houses for felines who don’t want to go inside.
“So design is to minimize conflicts. It is really a very peaceful place for them and us. You never realize (unless a nighttime hunt) how many cats live here. Some in bedroom napping or eating, some in the living room, others outside in the large area. It is a paradise with more to do to improve,” she added.

]]>First up is Duffy, dressed up as an extra cheesy pizza. He might seem a bit angry, but don’t worry – it’s just his face! He’s actually very happy to wear a costume and does so on a regular basis, even when it’s not Halloween!
Walter is also a veteran costume-wearer. Usually, he wears his costume, but this time he decided to sleep in it. He also likes getting into character – haunted houses are a serious thing, so he keeps a serious (yet adorable) face!
Cats aren’t the only ones who like dressing up! This puppy here loves greeting the visitors of Arroyo Animal Hospital in his sombrero. Just look at that face!
And last but not least, meet bowser, the cutest alligator in the world! His favorite hunting technique is to be so cute his prey just falls over. He’s a great hunter!

]]>Of course, she did not directly modify them, because then they would both be in jail, but she has photoshopped these paintings to remodel them into modern retellings, refreshed by Zarathustra, who has, according to some, “improved” these timeless classics.
Petrova adopted Zarathustra, her mother’s beloved cat, after her mother’s death. She believes that it was Zarathustra who saved her from the depression following her loss. The love that her mother gave Zarathustra, Petrova recounts, developed the cat’s sensitive personality, which gave him an artistic edge. He loved posing for photos and performances, so she gave him the space to become an artist alongside her.
In the midst of today’s obsession with cats, especially on the Internet, Zarathustra and Svetlana have swooped in to entertain us and reintroduce us to art history, appropriating some of it for the eyes of the modern audience.

]]>Their sheer cuteness and adorableness, as well as how they seem to turn the dynamic of the relationship between humans and make it seem like they are in control, seems to attract its fair share of prospective pet owners. Not to mention, their cute faces and childish curiosity, as well as slender bodies, make for quite the cute combination.
Do you know what makes even more cute combination? Trying to put some clothing on your cat.
Japanese photographer, Ryo Yamazaki, and his wife, have three cats named Nyaa, Mar, and Mugi.
Although the trio are undeniably cute, anyone who’s ever owned multiple cats will tell you just how much shedding can happen on a regular basis. That’s why the Japanese couple decided to do something about it and create adorable tiny fur hats made from their shed fur.
From a pilot’s hat, to a Viking’s helmet, and even the toupee of the POTUS himself, this pair’s creativity is off the roof.
