This Charming Illustrator Reminds Women to Take a Break

Overworking is a modern-day malaise, and sometimes even taking a break from work can prove stressful, as we automatically turn to social media. Los Angeles based illustrator, Stephanie DeAngelis, reminds us all to take a breather.

Her charming illustrations portray women enjoying a yoga lesson, chomping down some noodles or just chillaxing on the sofa.

“My personal work comes from a passion for storytelling and aims to accurately portray women and the female form within art,” DeAngelis writes on her website.

Some of her clients include The New York Times, Anthropologie, and even Martha Stewart. Proving that women everywhere (and sometimes even men) deserve a break.
