Shroom in the Room is an Instagram profile and an Etsy store based in Vilnius, Lithuania that makes lamps out of glowing crystals and stabilized moss.
One of the owners Ieva describes herself as an architect at day and one of the minds behind the mysterious night lamps at night.
“I have always admired minimalist and highly functional designs in architecture,” Ieva shared on her Etsy store. “However, sometimes such spaces may feel uninhabited and empty. And that’s where Shroom in the Room kicks in.”
“Every night lamp was carefully designed using the secrets of architectural composition. That is why each one of them feels and looks so balanced and natural, she added. “So natural that, in fact, we sometimes like to pretend we just found them lying around in the forest.”
