Scott Albrecht’s Geometry Art Is Mesmerizing

Brooklyn-based graphic designer Scott Albrecht creates geometric patterns that resemble typography.

Albrecht grew up with parents who were an artist and a designer so he was always into creating visual art.

“When I was in high school, I started publishing a punk zine called the Uptown Beat. It was before the internet blew up and I was living in a fairly rural area in New Jersey, which didn’t make it easy to get access to alternative or counter cultures. My main motivation when I started the zine was to create something to share all the bands I was listening to at the time that weren’t well known with my friends, but through publishing it, I started to develop an interest in graphic design,” he told It’s Nice That.
