]]>Some use this power to fix lighting issues, contrast, and other little flaws that their photo might have, while those like Russian digital artist Stas Novikov use it to create a whole new reality.
Novikov is one of those people who decided to really push the limits of this handy tool. He does this by photoshopping himself to create all sorts of strange and surreal scenes.
In one photo, you can see Novikov placing his head on the table and carving it like a Halloween pumpkin. In the other, he is sleeping in a huge sandpit while a bunch of heavy machines is trying to bury him.
While these somewhat disturbing photo-editing works make up for most of Novikov’s artistic portfolio, he also occasionally engages in some more down-to-earth edits as well.
Whether you like his over-the-top edits or not, we can all agree that Novikov’s works are true works of art. So let’s check out more of them below.

]]>The Ukrainian artist started painting dolls as a hobby, but over time this has become her full-time job. She uses mass-produced dolls like Barbies, transforming them into realistic beauties.
But there’s a catch! Each doll has some “imperfection”, to make her all the more real. “I don’t like it when the face of the doll is ideally and perfectly symmetrical, It makes her lifeless,” she says.
Kamenetskaya does more than just repaint the dolls, she also changes their shape and size and uses wigs to make them even more realistic. With over 60k followers on Instagram, it seems that other people are catching on to her message.
Take a look at her unique dolls:

]]>Originally trained to be a dentist, the Instagram sensation has no formal art training, proving (as if we needed any further proof), that a true artist needs first and foremost a creative drive.
“I don’t have an art background, no one in my family is an artist, in fact, they are engineers, doctors, pilots, and teachers,” she shared with Forbes. “I was told from a very young age, that there was no chance of me getting into an art school pursuing that line of work, thus I chose to be a dentist which I personally loved, equal to being an artist.”
“With no formal art training, this path of life, although very rewarding, it is extremely ruthless especially in today’s world where ideas are floating and every other person claims to be an artist,” she went on to say.
“I try to tell everyone who comes up to me for advice, every human has their own gift which is unique and different from the billions out there, why waste time in copying others when that brain of yours can create a million new ideas if you only give it a chance! I mean I did, and it proved me right.”
It indeed has! She has since worked with big names like Emirates and (naturally!) Swarovski. Take a look.

]]>But the newest eyebrow trend that began taking over the internet is the moon brow. Wondering what this is? In short, it’s a beauty trend that came from Stefan James, a 20-year-old guy who runs his own modeling agency.
James told UNILAD that he worked with his close friend, the Instagram influencer Hayley Bui, to create the idea of moon brows. She is fascinated with the moon and she and her fiancé Eric both have matching tattoos of moons, so Stefan just turned that into an eyebrow style. The reactions are mixed: some people are loving them, some people are hating them and saying that fashion is going too far.
