These Photos Capture the Beauty of Rainy Days

Alessio Trerotoli is an Italian photographer based in Rome who loves to capture the unique beauty behind different weather conditions. As Bob Marley said, when it rains, “some people feel the rain. Others just get wet.”

For Trerotoli, there is romantic and melancholic feelings during rainy days and he captured it in his series called Raindrop Blues.

“The Raindrop Blues project tries to immerse the viewer in an almost dreamlike reality, in which the rain seems to fall also on the viewer, creating evocative images in which every element – the streets, the sky, the characters, the spectator – gets involved in a whirlwind of romantic and at the same time melancholy feelings,” he wrote on his website.
