Over the years, we have seen bakers introduce all sorts of innovations into cake making. As a result, different cake types have emerged, and it doesn’t seem innovation in the cake world is anywhere near its end.
Majority of cakes, as we know, are made of flour. Adding to the varieties of cakes we have is an entirely new concept – the Gelatin cake, well, because its key ingredient is gelatin.
