Sarah Hardy is a gifted, UK-based baker whose cakes and chocolates are so crazy that you might think twice before you eat them.
“I used to be a sculptor and when I had children I stopped being able to work in the way I had – eventually it just popped out in cake form because with kids you get to have birthday parties. I do love a celebration!” she told Bored Panda.
Brains, pig’s hearts, snails, frogs, and all kinds of insects are just some of the products you can find in her store. Although Hardy’s work is well-known in the baking world, she just recently gained real fame with her raw turkey cake.
“I love what I do. I get to be curious and create intriguing things out of delicious chocolate and this makes me happy. I get to make things that look like things that aren’t tasty… and then they are tasty. It’s a definite thing,” the baker wrote on her personal website The Edible Museum.
