Production company A24 recently unveiled an intriguing collector’s item that will be appreciated by every movie buff. As a way to celebrate its 10th anniversary, the company released a set of playing cards featuring iconic characters from its movies.
The A24 Playing Cards: 10-Year Collector’s Set contains hand-painted original artworks from artist Andrea M. Smith. Among the characters included are Howard Ratner from Uncut Gems on King card, Evelyn Quan Wang from Everything Everywhere All At Once and Dani from Midsommar on Queen cards, and Chiron from Moonlight as a Jack card.
The playing cards were listed on A24’s webshop at a price of $20 but are currently sold out. However, there is a waitlist you can join in case you want to be notified when they return to stock.
A24 was founded in 2012 as a film production and film distribution company. It later ventured into television production as well and established itself as a leader in independent and arthouse movies. Its most successful movie is 2022’s Everything Everywhere All at Once, which earned $144 million internationally and won seven Academy Awards, including awards in categories for Best Picture, Best Actress, and Best Director.
