Cool Mom Turns Her Son’s Healthy Meals Into Amazing Food Art

In May 2015, Laleh Mohmedi decided to turn her son Jacob’s pancakes into a lion and he totally loved it. As a result, Jacob’s Food Diaries was born. It is platform for parents and children to inspire them to make healthy food fun and creative.

Her creations went viral within a month, gaining global media attention including ABC, CBS, The Today Show, Ellen, Martha Stewart, and many more. Jacob’s Food Diaries has become a worldwide success, having collaborations with famous brands such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal Pictures, and 20th Century Fox. Today, she has more than 110k followers on Instagram.
