LEGO Announces “Harry Potter”Gringotts Wizarding Bank Set

Toymaker LEGO has decided to surprise Harry Potter fans by releasing a new set inspired by Gringotts Wizarding Bank from the popular fantasy franchise.

In the world of Harry Potter, Gringotts Wizarding Bank is the place where wizards keep their money and other valuables. It was first featured in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the first movie in the Harry Potter film franchise, and makes several other appearances throughout the series.

The new LEGO set now allows you to recreate this unusual bank with the help of 4,803 individual pieces. As part of the set, the fans will also get 13 LEGO minifigures, including two minifigures of Harry Potter and minifigures of his best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

Gringotts Wizarding Bank set promises fans lots of authentic features, tons of things to explore, and the option to connect it with the Diagon Alley Set.

“Recreate the bank’s opulent foyer and a mezzanine floor with a safe in the wall to store Hagrid’s secret letter,” LEGO shared on its official website. “Construct a spiraling vault cart track with a mechanism that stops the cart at each of 3 underground vaults – including Bellatrix’s vault, which has a magical surprise inside! The set also includes a posable Ukrainian Ironbelly dragon figure and a buildable model of the Magical Menagerie shop.”

The set is currently available for pre-order at LEGO’s official website at a price of $429.99. It will be officially released on September 4, 2023.
