Yulia Derevschikova is a well-known felted wool artist that makes adorable forest creatures. Her journey began back in 2015, all thanks to her love for animals. By her estimation, she has created over a hundred of these adorable miniatures, and it doesn’t seem like she is going to stop any time soon.
The Russia-based artist’s work is so remarkable that the fur looks almost real and it is no wonder why she needs at least 20 hours to make one animal.
Her creatures have been recognized both locally and internationally, and many of them found their forever home all across the world. She says that the feedback has been nothing but encouraging. “The positive emotions I get when I deliver an order to the customer are very valuable to me, it gives me inspiration,” the artist told Bored Panda.
She documents her work on Instagram where her photos regularly get thousands of likes from her 103,000 followers. Scroll down and check them out.
