The Chinese coffee chain Mellower serves the most unique coffee you’ve ever seen. Their Sweet Little Rain espresso comes with a fluffy cotton candy cloud that melts raindrops of sugar into your cup. It’s the heat from the coffee cup that melts the cotton candy, so by the time your coffee has cooled down, there’s enough sugar in it. Their Singapore location seems to be the most popular with social media users, but they have shops in many other locations.
