Everyone loves pandas. They are big, fluffy giants who just care about sleeping and eating. That is probably part of the reason why freelance illustrator William Chua chose them as the main subject of his creative work.
Chua has a series of illustrations that focus on a panda character named Ojisan Panda, aka Uncle Panda. Through his illustrations, this talented artist shows Ojisan Panda facing all sorts of situations and struggles that most of us face on a daily basis. It can be anything from lack of sleep to being conscious about putting on a few pounds.
“Ojisan Panda, a middle-aged panda who struggles with waking up in the morning, frequently experiences insomnia, and have overweight and other common issues just like you and me. If you are someone like Ojisan Panda, you are not alone,” Chua shared in a recent post on Bored Panda.
Ojisan Panda is also featured in Chua’s other works, some of which are much more cheerful. This includes the character putting on various costumes, including Fin from Adventure Time, Majin Buu from Dragonball Z, and many more.
